El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y cómodo, aunque es pequeño, nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. La atención de las personas encargadas es excelente y siempre están al pendiente de lo que necesitas. Si van a pasear por el centro de atlixco no duden en considerarlo como opción de alojamiento. No le doy 5 estrellas porque si las ventanas tuvieran mosquitero y todas las habitaciones tuvieran ventilador sería mucho mejor la experiencia.
Excelente lugar para un escape de finde semana en pareja. El hotel está muy bien ubicado a solo unas cuadras del zócalo!!! La estética está increíble sumado al confort, seguridad y el excelente servicio. El señor Carlos muy amable y siempre atento a las necesidades de los clientes. Me encantó Casa Zepeda !!!

Solo mejoraría la limpieza de las habitaciones, que no es mala pero puede mejorar. Carlos es muy amable, gran servicio.
Un lugar super bonito, impecable y tranquilo asi como se ve en las fotos publicadas asi está. Un lugar muy limpio, desde que entras, te llega el aroma a limpio, Don Carlos la persona mas amable y servicial que puedes encontrar, uan gran persona. Lo único que si debe considerar es que no cuenta con estacionamiento, sin embargo,tiene convenio para guarda el carro y sin dudarlo puedes confiarle las llaves de tu carro a Don Carlos para que el lo lleve a guardar. Sin duda regresaría.
El hotel maneja un concepto bonito y curioso. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy acogedoras, las amenidades del cuarto (jabones, shampoo y enjuague) huelen muy rico. El señor Carlos es muy amable y sin duda nos ayudó mucho con sus recomendaciones. El único pero que le pondría es que durante mi estadía, estuvieron fallando los canales, no se podía ver ningún programa completo por que la tele no los cargaba bien.
Excelente servicio, llegamos temprano cuando el registro era a las 3 solo nos pidieron esperar unos minutos para que teminaran de limpiar y nos dejaron pasar sin problema, las habitaciones impecables, muy bonitas tal cual las fotos, muy buena ubicación y nos ayudaron en todas las dudas turísticas que tuvimos. El señor Carlos muy amable y respetuoso y felicitaciones a Ivan que también nos atendió increíblemente. 10/10 volvería sin pensarlo
El hotel está a unas cuadras del centro de Atlixco. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero están bien distribuidas y hay varios tamaños de habitaciones. Nosotros estuvimos en la más pequeña. Tienen todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Las camas son muy cómodas. El personal es muy atento y te ayuda con recomendaciones y tips. Sin duda regresaría
